HILL HOUSE

this painting is based off of the 2018 netflix series ‘the haunting of hill house’ which filmed at bisham manor in Lagrange, georgia. the 1920s home is inspired by medieval and tudor styles - characterised by the stone entrance and gables i wanted to focus on the varying depths of the elevation by exaggerating shadows.
